Villetta Azzurra is located in a higher part of the Costa Paradiso.
The house is located on the edge of a undeveloped, green valley.
From the house one can view across the valley to the sea and Isola Asinara.
The sea is ca. 1.200 m (directe line) distant. A business centre with supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops for meat, fish, fruits and vegetables can be reached by car within ca. 3 min (ca. 2.400 m). The next restaurant is ca. 1.000 m away.

The property, measuring nearly 900 sqm, has a main residence with veranda and wooden deck, a separate studio with terrace, a private pool and a carport.
The main residence offers a living area with seating corner and Sat-TV, a dining space and an open kitchen.
The private pool has a size of ca. 10 m x 5 m. The pool is private and can exclusively be used by guests of the house.

The house is equipped with air-condition (cold and warm) in the living area and all of the three bedrooms.
The bedding will be provided within a linen package according to German standards: Matresses with additional hygienic inlay and more molleton fabrics, with fitted sheets, four-season blankets (135 x 200 cm) with fitting duvet cover and pillows (40 x 80 cm) with congruent pillow cases (tastily, white Seersucker-bedding).
