Our philosophy

We faithfully guide you through the whole search and acquisition process. We are specialised on Northern Sardinia. By cooperating with selected partner offices we have access to properties in all locations and at various price categories.

Only a part of our protfolio is published on this website. We advice our clients during the search process and propose individually selected properties. Before a property is acquired we carefully check all relevant documents and prepare the pre-contract and the notarial act. On request, we arrange the translation of the contracts by a publicly authorised translator. We also take care of asking for the Italian tax number. Usually, we are present at the notarial act and also after this we remain at your disposal. We recommend local craftsmen for renovation works. And we can serve as your property manager.
